UCU’s national executive committee have voted to take strike action on Thursday 10 May alongside other unions in an ongoing row over changes to members’ pension schemes. UCU members in England and Wales who are part of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme will join civil service union PCS and parts of the Unite union on strike.
